When we start lessons back up again we’re going to start using this book:

It goes through step by step everything you need to start building really solid skills. It will be great!

Until then, I’d like you to make sure you recap on all the theory we’ve done so far. Draw yourself a stave (5 lines and 4 spaces) and practice writing out random notes and then after go through them again and name them. You can even ask Kirsty to quiz you, and then you can do the same to her 😉 Also recap on the string names, how to tune the guitar (with the app on your mums phone), and the names of the notes on the 3 first strings (E-B-G).
Keeping that fresh in your brain will make starting this book a bit easier.

Here is a tutorial I’d like you to work on. If it goes too fast you can change the speed in the YouTube settings (the little clog symbol at the bottom of the video). It would be great if you could learn this for our 1st lesson back.
